Warranty and guarantee, in SpringWell’s terms
- Tanks
- Lifetime on covered items including tanks and housings 'throughout the lifespan of the system'; separate 10-year limited warranty on retention tanks and mineral tanks 14 inches or larger
- Valve
- Lifetime on 'valves’ and in/out heads as covered items
- Electronics
- 7-year limited warranty on solid-state electronic heads
- Filters or housings
- Lifetime on fittings, FutureSoft media, housings and bypass valves; 'Guarantee of Performance' that SpringWell’s carbon reduces chlorine and chloramine below detection for 6 years or 1 million gallons
- Satisfaction guarantee
- Product pages advertise a '6-month money-back guarantee'. The Shipping & Returns policy calls it a '6-month Performance Promise' handled through troubleshooting, parts or other remedies, and states 'Installed systems are not eligible for return unless determined defective.'
- Return window
- SpringWell-branded items returnable within 6 months of purchase if unused, uninstalled and in undamaged packaging; 10% restocking fee on approved non-defective returns (up to 25% for refused deliveries or extra handling); original shipping not refunded; test kits returnable only unused within 30 days

- Direct-to-consumer online with free shipping from its factory; says 'No quotes or in-home sales visits.' Also sells Moen-branded reverse osmosis (RO) systems, faucets and the Flo leak monitor from its sister brand. No retail or dealer channel was found on the site.
- Installation
- Sells systems as DIY-installable ('ready to install on your terms’) with posted instructions and phone support through installation. Its manuals say a licensed plumber can install the three-valve bypass. No installer network or installation service was found.
Does SpringWell fit your water?
What you need depends on your water, not the brand: hardness decides whether a softener is worth it, and PFAS (“forever chemicals”) or chloramine decide which filter. Look up your city first, then compare.
